Bridal Indulgence is a designer wedding dress boutique founded by Kerri Marlow. Despite the quality of the dresses, the boutique was struggling to secure appointments. Website views were low, enquiries had stalled, and the online presence did not reflect the designer experience that Kerri offers. She came to Roar for a clear plan to improve visibility and create demand.
The challenge
The website copy was generic and underperforming. Search visibility was low and brides were not finding the boutique online. With limited bookings, the priority was to rebuild trust, increase visibility, and create a digital experience that matched the quality of the boutique.
Our approach
- Website rewrite: We rewrote the entire website to replace generic content with clear, high quality copy that reflects the boutique’s designer positioning. Every page was refreshed to communicate expertise, warmth, and the premium experience brides receive when visiting.
- SEO and content: We reviewed all existing blogs and optimised them for search. We added new location based pages, improved site structure, and wrote fresh meta descriptions to strengthen performance across Google. This created a foundation that attracts high intent users who are searching for designer gowns.
- Sample sale campaign: Working closely with Kerri, we created a dedicated sample sale page for Black Friday and delivered a full month of weekly refreshed Meta campaigns to build demand. Each week focused on a different creative angle to maintain momentum and drive ticket sales.
Results
Within two months, the impact was clear. Website performance improved, visibility increased, and bookings grew month on month.
